Trampling along winter’s worn pathways
I spy things long-hidden ‘neath layers of snow;
Deer tracks pressed deep into pasture-land mud;
Plowed gravel obscured by mounds of white.
Blustering winds rattle nature’s long branches
Bedecked with prominent, green-swelling buds.
Plump, cheerful sparrows chirp happy welcomes
Perched atop and within a honeysuckle home.
Tulips emerge with the promise to dazzle
Curious eyes longing for spring’s radiant glow.
A rainbow of colors is on the way, but first
The blustery winds must come and then go.
As you look forward to spring, be sure to see our spring designs in our catalog. We have tulips, daffodils and sparrows to delight you. Blustering winds can also be seen in the design, Kite Flight.
